Scratch that, I'm down with another MOU!
Heck march 24th will be here before you know it!
Punting it down the road another 90 or 120 days won't change anything!
Also, I think we're waiting on some form of correspondence that allows a little clarity to the defaulted Thorold property. I don't suspect there's good news to be shared, but anything would be fun to parse, no doubt!
