"Hello. Many shareholders are asking what sales we secured on our trip. Even though we addressed the situation in previous posting, here are further details on process. Before we can announce sales the following have to be completed:
Introduction to buyer
Demonstration
Initial Negotiation
Final negotiations
Letter of Intent or MOU
Initial legal agreements
Definitive legal agreements / contracts
Review by both sides
Closing
Escrow setup
If funds are not paid in advance company may need PO financing in place.
Transfer of funds
Draft Press release
Final legal review from all all parties mentioned
Some buyers also request to use the laser for a small period of time as well.
All that cannot be done on the road for a few days. Our rep is still in Morocco in follow up. And many parties from Dubai are just returning to their office in various countries. Additionally any possible deals with the government(s) simply is a process to close.
As soon as we button down and fully complete deals, we will announce. Thank you for your patience."
