Let's pray Steve won't bring another O/S or A/S adding issue next time, for  it won't do anything good to add to PNCH 's value as well as shareholders' value.... BTW, I got my friend bought 22M shares recently (ever since last month's sharply down  -- 3 M at 0.0068, 7 M+ at 0.0028, 12 M+ shares last week around 0.0023.... more that $70,000 's value( he also had to pay TD waterhouse's commission of 2% for all the orders went through)....
