This will be a stock swap, IMHO. FWIW! If it was a true RS, we'd have fewer BLTA shares at a higher value. I'm suggesting that x shares of BLTA will be exchanged/swapped for a share of ABCD Inc. I think buy-outs can work in a similar way. It's just more "speculating is fun!"
