Pure speculation, my 1099 for my E*TRADE account will not be ready until the 15th of this month. Is this the same for other trading sites?
If it is, the RMHB probably thought ahead, choosing this day to announce the China deal as most people will be logging in to their investment accounts this day......just a thought.
