highly doubt that would happen. Don't kid yourself for a second that "the judge" isn't aware of what kind of Biz Kbm is running...he knows..at the same time he has a job to do. To award a legal loan shark unlimited restitution is first off not a good judge and there would definitely be an appeal. 2nd they have to settle in a manner that is "fair" to both parties. Maybe a little more on one side or the other. but ass raping Hjoe just because they felt swindled by kbm and for the record kbm has a record for doing this - isn't going to fly.

It might hurt Hjoe's in the short term to settle in favor of kbm but they'll make that back in exponential growth. If I were Veal, heck I wouldn't be just handing my money over either. OUR money that is. That would be too easy.. Make them work for it.
