Agreed, but my point is this isn't an official SEC requirement such as a financial statement being due. If a financial statement is due and a company knows they need X number of days to wrap up the report, then they must file an extension form with the SEC on the original due date before the end of that business day as determined by the SEC. The PR announcing the expected completion dates for the agreements between RMH Brands, Inc. and LSW Holdings LLC are not compliance deadlines established by the SEC, but merely an intended completion date agreed upon at the time of the announcement. If they run over a little, with their track record so far of not even the slightest hint of any deception or fraud, I see no reason for an investor to suspect such activity. With all we know about this company at this point such suspicion is ridiculous. I've seen many scams in my time, and this ISN'T one of them.
