Yeah, that's the way I remembered the announcement. That it was a binding agreement, not just an LOI. So the date is more binding than it has been in the past. This is why I'm not worried. The involved parties are committed, in writing, and an announcement will be forthcoming, sometime between tomorrow and Feb. 15th. Just be patient.
