For two years or more, those who were against the company for whatever reason, used a R/S as a negative, part of their fear uncertainty and doubt campaign, at another board which allowed those posts to remain, and deleted here if not presented with acceptable wording, as not to bash.

With the announcement by mgmt of restructuring, the good assumption in discussion it would include a R/S, then confirmed by mgmt, but no number made public to date, the speculation as to what that number would be has ranged from 1:10 to 1:1000....ok

But, the majority of Investors hear R/S one way....it's bad, thus we have some emotional posts.

I've stayed out of the discussion til now, because I don't care what the ratio is. I don't care meaning, I can't influence what the number will be, it does not matter how many shares a person has clout wise, it is a BOD decision.

I have faith in Tony et al who are in the drivers seat with this one, I will accept it, and let the chips fall.

You'd think we'd of gotten more excited in a positive way from the last PR...the FAA granting us what they did, us backing off the hearing....this is HUGE news!!!

This R/S is only one component in the restructuring plan, that will be known to all when the timing is right, as chosen by mgmt.

In the mean time, let's all be civil.
