I'm not panicking Mike, not at all. As I've articulated, I just don't believe now is the time to even mention employee stock benefits to shareholders who've takin' it on the chin repeatedly.
As to there being substantially less diluting, I want everyone here to remember that when it does happen, for every 1,000,000 new shares added to the OS it equates to 25,000,000 shares pre RS. So, it'll be interesting to see what the dilution at a "lower rate" is based on.
Hey, it may be all good at the end of the day and I pray it is but when we're not given specifics these are the concerns that arise.
