To all that responded to my post I'm in agreement with you.
I'm am totally on board and I welcome what has recently been presented to us with regards to our new partners.
I've been a business owner for many years and I'm a firm believer in employee competition. I've structured my businesses in the same fashion.
The only deference is I structure my employees with incentive compensation. As the goals are reached, they reaped the rewards.
I have a hard time rewarding first and as we can see, there has been mistakes made witch cost the company $$$$$.
I understand salaries need to be taken care of. But the rewards to the employees should be structured the same as the rewards to the investors.
