I am curious to see once Ivan puts all the pieces to the puzzle with UltraFlix, will Ivan spinoff UF to brand it under its own name with NTEK owning controlling shares as assets.
It will be similar to Liberty Media owning 53% shares of Sirius as assets.
I'm sure NTEK would hold a greater percentage of UF compared to Liberty ownership to Sirius since UF is totally own by NTEK. Similar to NTEK ownership to NTGL.

First thing, shareholders need to receive its shares of NTGL before anything like this goes down !!!!!!!!!!!

Ivan needs to show his shareholder he mean business and get the long awaiting Dividends "NTGL" shares that were promised to them.
