Motion for summary judgement made by HJOE is denied.
While this is just one part of the case, the judgement is far from flattering.
I am hoping that this case is settled soon, and HJOE can move on from this quickly. The conversion is going to be bad, but at this point I am willing to put up with whatever it takes to get HJOE back trading. Just an opinion of an investor who is sick of this stock getting kicked around, despite such a positive future.
