I have not seen anythng officially but the Adam Henry from the other board says Treaty settled today.
He says we're toast. In reality it's a new start for us.
No way would Treaty settle with the court hearing 2.5 months away and allow the SEC to shut us down without a fight.
We will hear the facts of hte case in the near future. This is what I think longandwindingroad has been leading up to.
