I agree, a CEO and staff agreeing to be compensated in shares is indicative of both loyalty and sincere belief in the future success of UF!! They will give 100% of efforts!! HUGE buy in! Cannot ask for a better win win association. All are working towards success. I wish I were on staff receiving more shares!!

He wondered why the tie to nanotechnology....? He also explained that traditionally tech companies are stingy with SHL for a number reasons...
Will we still look for NTEK or ???? on the OTC?
