I think content providers are just now seeing what streaming has to offer them. I don't think "exclusive" deals is what will make them the most money. IMO they will allow all providers to stream their content as long as it is safeguarded and as long as they make money. I think NTEK still has a deal for the Paramount movies but that they are being prepared for better streaming.
