and yep since RH tends to be methodical/conservative and linear .. i'd expect
an 8K to be filed
take it fwiw .. cause *rumors* tend to be scarcer than hens' teeth these days
*for obvious reasons* .. but *rumor* had it .. multiple buyer interest .. one area
of concern to be addressed .. leaving one buyer and a new closing date
time will tell what is factual ..
