yes it is. Trump is trying to give the people a country they can believe in again. that would be for the rich and poor.he wants those who are serving the country and those who have severed to have something to believe in when they come back home. he wants those who are coming back from combat and those who have served fell like they are wanted. not like after nom just throw them out there and give them no peace of mind. he wants a stable and prosperous country again. just my opinion on the matter.
