I'm never sure in the OTC. From all appearances and from the due diligence of done since bump sent this ticker along, they have a really clean balance sheet and a float somewhere around 250 million. Generally on 40-50% up days, there's a little give back. I haven't been in long enough to establish a rhythm with it yet.
