What we all want to see is for the judge to give Rosen et al a good a**-kicking.

I've said it before: if she were not going to do sanctions, she could have just knocked out a fast one-pager decision. The fact that she did not do that very possibly means that she is being extremely careful with the wording of her sanctions, to make overturn on appeal difficult or (we hope) impossible.

Obviously, just my opinion.
