I did a little DD... Not sure what this means.. The Security Counsel for all of Bill's other companies is listed as "Vic Devlaeminck PC" (GRDO also used him as of the last quarterly report filed in Nov 2015). The majority of "Vic Devlaeminck PC" accounts are "RED" ( Stop , Limited Info or Defunct).. I don't know when this change took since there are no filed quarterly's since Nov 2015 BUT the Security Counsel listed for GRDO is now "Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce P.A." , the majority of their clients are "OTCQB" and very much active!! This info is all available on otcmarkets.. Anyone with any further info. ???
