My Email To Mark:
"Dear Mr. Leonard:
First I want you to know I am a legacy shareholder , meaning that I bought into this stock when it was AULT. I gave up on it when I saw Ault Glazer and Zealous go out of business. I came back at some point just to check up and notice the change and some activity. After doing some research and watching the board for awhile, I started becoming hopeful that someday I just might have a great investment here. Initially, I saw a great company, managed by a great CEO and really was hoping for the best. Then the increase in the Authorized Shares came. I still believed. Even though it was increased by almost 400% I thought, "Money for expansion." Then the pps dropping consistantly. Then the R/S announcement. I am not a trader, just a mom and wife with a normal admin job, but there seems to be something really wrong here with all the promising things happening with Tytan. So here are my questions:
When will 2011 Annual be out?
Do you plan to have the financials audited?
How are we doing on setting up distributors?
Also, don't let what is said on the board get you sidetracked. Most true investors know these boards are gossip tracked. Focus on the business at hand.
I hope you find this letter as it is intended. I have been rooting for you from the start, even though there has been room for doubt.
Take care. Sincerely,"
Marks Response:
"Hi Angel
Wow what a nice children picture. How could I not answer a mom ?
The economy has been so bad for most that it has not been the best time to start people up. You could give them the best deal in town but if the economy is bad, it prevents them from realizing what they have. This business is all about timing. With product dealers, you only have one chance. You want it to be a good one.
However sales have taken off since Jan 1. We are now pushing for sales.
I know little to nothing about the Ault deal. So this Tytan company is not related . hope I said that right. This stock environment is different. Never been around these varieties of people.
We have delayed the audit ,even though its paid for ahead, in order to have a little better start. I think we are now on a economic recovery. At least to the point where our price range of tractors will benefit. First quarter has done nicely. We will do the audit when there is enough to mean something. I think not far off.
We have many people who want the company run their way and if we dont do what they say, we get bashed.
I have had several successful businesses. You have to stay on track to win. We are working hard.
Should be some interesting news within the next 30 days.
bye for now
Mark
