For the reverse split I am hoping for our outstanding shares to fall somewhere in the 200 mil or below mark. To achieve that mark, we would have to do a 40 or 50 - 1 split.
From my trading experience, having a low outstanding share count when a company is young and starting to generate revenue (which we will be doing soon enough) is a really good thing for potential whales and firms to want to put some money into the ticker. Also, this will most likely land us on the NYSE (also a great thing).The timing of the new symbol and r/s hopefully will occur upon or after approval by the FAA. I could go on and on, but this is my quick 2 cents. Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone.
