If past history is any judge, if any dilution did take place as a result of the Swig and Illuminate joint partnerships then it has already happened. Dilution precedes the announcements of joint partnerships and expansion efforts. Also we are now getting updated weekly O/S counts on the OTC when before we were not. There has been no dilutuon (other than a minor 3M for months now)
NTEK in the past has diluted prior to any deals and partnerships. I could be wrong but I don't think so.
IMO the dilution is over and NTEK and its market cap, revenues, and PPS will be soaring to new heights never before seen.
