I agree Atlas......
I feel much has been done and in place closing out 2016 fiscal year and just waiting for DF to return to announce.
Signs that makes me think all was done.......
- SHL last summer stating we will move forward with audit financials starting 2017 "State of the art financial debt"...
They may have wanted to start their partnership in the new fiscal year.
- 30 million shares given to DF wife.
- Dilution ended 2016
