by a true sleight of hand (CEs' rolling resets re: volume on MSRT) .. CEs' (aka NON RETAIL) managed to
bypass triggering reg sho in 2016 ..
note that tactic hasn't worked for the last 3 days .. reminder CEs' can camouflage with the best of them
(it's about 5 days b4 *reporting* .. imo)
to see Jan 2017's Historical .. and *daily* reg sho *reported* (note T Trades
done to bypass daily reg sho reporting are not included .. and when done of
a significant size .. will impact the % *reported* .. just one of the reasons why done)
