Good point. That's why the interim analysis is after 6 weeks of treatment. In the 200 mg arm of Phase 2a, IGA scores started to decrease as early as 2 weeks. So the interim analysis should give us a pretty good idea how well the 300 mg and 400 mg arm are working.
