Talc has been definitively linked to stomach cancer. It can still be found in many antacids -- like Tums and Rolaids. Read the label carefully before you buy. If it has talc, try to avoid it if you can.

I have not researched the talc/ovarian cancer link enough to know what the truth may be. But talc is indeed a carcinogen, when ingested.
