Opinion on reorganiztion.
The Board decided this on November 17, 2016 so that's probably why there has been significant loading over the past months - to get share counts up before the change.
In my opinion, 1000:1 exchange might just work out very well for those who are loaded at a reasonably low cost basis who will still have a high share count at the higher opening price.
