I was going to wait longer to comment but i have seen the 8ks out, not particular good reading IMO. Also you are supposed to furnish it in 4 business days after the event not 2 weeks later, these agreements were reached on the 17th and 19th of January with a payment made on the 23rd and this is the first we have heard, breaking the SEC rules it seems.
