Good morning,

The OTC Review period is 2 – 3 days. After which time they can decide we are in order and make us ‘Current Information’ or they can request amendments and additional information.

We then have until the end of the month to provide our legal opinion.

At that time, we will be current with our filings with OTC Markets until the Quarterly review report which is due mid-March.
