Re: Commando911 #34232
If RH is as described (micromanaging egomaniac), then hiring someone to run the company before he sells a processor is highly unlikely to happen (we've had 3+ years of seeing how neither selling nor hiring has happened). There are dozens of theories offered as to why PTOI has been a money loser over the last 6 years, but the fact remains: PTOI's stock has been a lousy investment for those non-flippers who thought they would see a return 6 years in, based largely on rhetoric from the company.
It's pretty much a binary choice now for remaining investors:
1) hold their shares (and their nose) and wait to see if RH (or anyone else) can manage to monetize the technology for investors in the next month / year / decade - note that even if a sale does somehow occur, it does not necessarily follow that PTOI's stock (or its holders) will benefit.....lots will need to fall in place before that happens.
2) sell their shares and build on whatever lessons they can take away from the experience.
The share price will either recover, or it will die on the vine.
Everything else is, indeed, noise.
