yep .. and in that time flagship was operational and independently tested in the
back half of 2013 .. decision made to go via external sales (ECO) .. RH made
the choice to take sales direct .. maybe RH should have given ECO additional
time .. (2016) .. that is certainly a point of discussion .. but again i come back to
what solution is on offer?
