Guys be careful with PKGM...
I sold PKGM today and do believe that the CEO will R/S the stock soon.Others claim it won't happen but they have nothing to substantiate that. PKGM CEO has spoken of launching a new platform and they will need money for that, thus an r/s and toxic debt to follow is the usual prescription. Consider the following:

They think that the company must file SEC form DEF14c before doing a R/S but that is not true because PKGM went "dark", after filing for the R/S, no longer required to report.

Exercise caution with PKGM. They claim that PKGM will be going current soon but they haven't even provided an attorney letter to otcmarkets .
