Now one week later 2/2/2017 close at 14.24 which amounts to an 11% increase in the past week. Not super but not bad either. Still even with some down days it is still moving up. Move up seems to be more powered on the EUROPEAN market than here if you check the PM move in the mornings before NYSE open
