The second PR seems to be the most accurate, though vague, in both instances of the double PR. There are some serious ambiguities about the US govt and SHOM is dangerously close to implying the US is funding their research. To be clear there is nothing I've found in the NIH database to indicate SHOM or Berhad has received any funding.
