$MRPHF legal cultivation of medical and adult use marijuana is a field set to bring prosperity due to changes at the regulatory level combined with the groundswell of acceptance for the idea of use itself. Currently there are 23 states that have legalized medical marijuana, 4 states have legalized adult use marijuana and many more states (including Nevada) have ballot measures in place for the November 2016 elections. In Canada the newly established MMPR has opened up the market to large scale production and pending the outcome of the 2015 election could be legalized.
