Thanks for that update. Great detective work. The SEC filings are wrong, the OTCMarkets postings are wrong, the State of Nevada registration is wrong, and the company has been lying about all of this for years -- over a decade.
By the way the company's QA office in PA is within the facility of their contract manufacturer Conductive Technologies, a worldwide leader in sensor manufacturing and development. The facility in PA is a "clean" manufacturing operation where the trade secrets and design specifications from perhaps 20 companies are stored for use. If I showed up at that facility without an invitation or a reason (other than amateur conspiracy investigation) I wouldn't be surprised if the police were called.
Let everyone know if you find the company's only warehouse in Florida transported to Pennsylvania.
