Well - we have an s-1 that came out after hours today. Basically means that they plan to raise several million dollars by way of issuing stock.
Now, you have to ask WHY NOW ? Their cash position is strong and they were fully funded (operationally) through Q3 2017.
With Dr. D stating he is very confident about FlutiCare's approval, one must ask themselves is approval imminent as will this money be used to get it onto store shelves/commercialize it ? Place your bets
