Don't give up on your NTGL shares, I sure haven't. If you haven't been watching NTGL you wouldn't realize virtually every trade that takes place is nakedly short. The transfer agent knows how many shares each brokerage firm is entitled to and you can bet that your brokerage firm knows how many shares they are liable to you for. I am looking forward to NTGL having some accomplishments that will make those shares even more valuable. In the meantime the short continues to grow as a few of us accumulate as we are able. Should be fun when the time comes for those shares to be disbursed.
When NTGL is self sufficient FINRA will not be able to deny distribution. Looking forward to an update on the matter from NTEK. Go NTEK!!!
