there is nothing made up of what MMs' *reported* >> factually << .. 
.. to Finra re: Monthly Volume on PTOI
there is nothing made up re: time stamps' *reported* re: bids' filled by actual P2O investors
but what is revealing however to *some* with interest is the timing ..
bottom line is P2O is compliant and has numerous options due to their beyond
enviable SS (I/O) .. most of which never sees the light of day on any *SMB* ..
it will be interesting to see when the next round of *volume* is undertaken on PTOI
