i find a lot of questions asked .. don't get answered .. not sure if it's divert and deflect bullshit as much as posts get buried and busy folks get side tracked

but it's always worth repeating those ?s .. answers are sought for .. imo

btw i agree with you that it is RH's responsibility .. i also don't doubt that RH is equally aware of that responsibility
