$UAMM Great day today! Sure, we are Not Current just yet, but we know it is Any day, Anytime now. Todays' news may have caught some off guard, as some thought the Share Reduction announcement would come after we were Current. Me, I loved it as it shows the Company keeping there word, being Timely with a PR.
Best part of all of this today, was the agreement with a major shareholder to retire 40 million shares of aged restricted Common stock. This shows just how much they believe in the short term numbers heading there way!! Shows they believe in all that is BEHIND THE SCENES THAT WE, THE SHAREHOLDERS, HAVE YET TO HEAR! All early MJ Companies Dilute, raise Capital non-stop, and yet here we are with a Company Clean as a whistle, believing ALREADY in the business model they are Developing, and NO DILUTION!! Beautiful Day!
