this ends the month of Jan 2017 .. allows me to get out the post for month
by month volume since April 2009 on PTOI

suspect *most* will recognize Jan 2017 as one of the lowest *volume* months aligned
with the lowest PPS .. ever ..

which by itself is revealing ..
