btw (going back to this thread) .. anyone who believes that P2O (being under
the daily scrutiny it is and i'm not talking *trade* documentation) and P2O's
mgmt would 8K a filing that wasn't mutually agreed upon .. let alone that there
isn't a buyer (MOU 8K'd in Sept 2016) .. is either *ignorant* (aka stupid) ..
naive (that would be being polite) or deliberately *trolling* (which gets my vote)

i know this may come as surprise to some .. but every 8K is subjected to legal's sign off .. it's SOP
