Must be 140 million TORQ once it shows up at DUTV. 6 million old Enti + 1 Enti cert = 147 million + 3 Mia certs = 150 million plus 100 million H&G = 250 million
Should be 1.5 million DUTV to clear...
Those 10 million and TORQ be waiting on a determined value from my understanding from the DUTV filing... My brokerage sold $275,000,000.00 in assets and merged.
I am under $250,000,000.00
Maybe the reality for the market ... Is cover on 240 PTEL would then be 2.4-3.4 billion ?
