Yes it is - indeed whacking the bid or selling at all is ridiculous right now with a major PR outlining plans for 2017 due at any time.
I'm bidding at .0005, .0004 and .0003 to keep as many shares as possible out of the hands of flippers who only got in this because of the newbie iHub crowd that turned up in January.
$CRTC is a no brainer to load and hold for .0020+ > .01 when they eventually get a retail deal in a chain of stores.
