If anyone saw a PR, it would be on this board in a nano second...lol.
From another stock I've been in since 2000, with 5 or 6 times changes in CEO's, BOD positions and other mgmt spots, a PR comes out 1st, then if applicable, the 8-K follows within 3 business days.
Just a guess on my part, the 8-K went out to cover the promise in a PR, to announce the date, and a PR will follow with an accumulation of recent accomplishments....a more bang for the buck sorta thing.
The company has been very transparent since Nov 4, so when the time is right, we will get an update.
