Help me understand this. If I interpret this right the QMA 25% interest would mean that for every share of QMC the shareholder could possibly get .25 shares of QMA if they list on an Asian exchange? Every 4 shares we hold of QMC could possibly be granted 1 share of QMA? I think I'm stretching on this one but If true that would be pretty nice!
