In my experience with many Chinese high net clients their system still surrounds "hand wash hand " in business..that comment about BOE has me really intrigued and if they are a potential client that would be HUGE ! I am going to ask my clients to see if they have any info on Mr.Liu Xiao that we can't find.Most of our clients are uber rich and should know a guy that controls those kind of funds or receives that kinda of government funding.
